The initiative will select typical county-level cities with low NEV penetration but significant market potential to host dedicated promotional events, radiating to surrounding townships with region-specific activities. It aims to synergize with pilot projects like county-level charging and battery swapping infrastructure upgrades and the "vehicle-road-cloud integration" for intelligent connected vehicles, directing quality resources toward rural regions. Market entities across NEV production, sales, financing, charging/swapping, and after-sales services are encouraged to participate. Leveraging policy tools such as trade-in programs and county-level infrastructure improvements, customized integrated sales promotions combining "purchase discounts + energy support + service guarantees" will be offered, while enhancing after-sales networks covering the entire car purchase, usage, and maintenance life cycle.》Click for details
